Community Guidelines
Your Voice. Your World.
These guidelines apply to accounts, posts, comments, stories, reels, messages, profiles and other activity on YOCEWOR. They are designed around user safety, Indian law and applicable intermediary/data-protection requirements. They are not a substitute for legal advice and may be updated when law or platform risks change.
1. Respect people
- No credible threats, targeted harassment, bullying, stalking or coordinated abuse.
- No publishing another person's private or identifying information to intimidate, expose or harm them.
- No encouragement of violence or serious harm.
2. Hate and discrimination
Do not target people or protected groups with threats, incitement to violence, or severe dehumanising abuse based on characteristics such as religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sex or similar protected status.
3. Child safety and sexual exploitation
Sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexualisation of children, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor are prohibited. Serious safety cases may result in immediate account action and lawful reporting where required.
4. Sexual and intimate content
Do not share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, sexual blackmail, or sexual content involving minors. Context-sensitive educational, medical, news and artistic material may be treated differently after review.
5. Fraud, scams and impersonation
- No phishing, OTP/password theft, fake support, investment scams or payment deception.
- No impersonating another person, organisation or public figure to mislead users.
- Fan/parody accounts must not falsely imply official status.
6. Fake engagement and platform abuse
- No bots, purchased followers/likes, fake comments or coordinated artificial engagement.
- No mass follow/unfollow abuse, automated scraping or deliberate API/database abuse.
- Do not exploit bugs; report security vulnerabilities instead.
7. Spam and malware
No repetitive unwanted content, mass unsolicited messages, malicious links, malware, credential theft, account takeover attempts or code intended to damage YOCEWOR or users.
8. Privacy
Do not publish another person's private phone number, address, financial data, passwords, private communications or private media without a lawful/appropriate basis or consent.
9. Copyright and intellectual property
Only upload content you have the right to use. Repeated infringement may result in restrictions or account termination through the applicable process.
10. Dangerous or illegal activity
Content that facilitates serious criminal activity, credible violence, dangerous challenges, or other unlawful harm may be removed or restricted. YOCEWOR will follow applicable lawful requests and due process.
11. Manipulated and AI-generated content
Do not use synthetic or manipulated media to impersonate people or deliberately deceive users in ways that create serious harm. Context and disclosure may matter.
12. Enforcement
For ordinary confirmed violations, YOCEWOR may use a progressive system: warning → restriction/final warning → suspension → permanent ban. Serious violations may receive immediate restriction or permanent removal without waiting for two warnings.
Automated signals are not treated as unquestionable proof. Where appropriate, reports receive human review.
13. Reports and appeals
Users can report posts, comments, profiles and other activity. Affected users should receive a reason for significant enforcement and, where available, an appeal route. Moderation actions are recorded for accountability.
14. Indian legal compliance
YOCEWOR will operate subject to applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act and applicable Intermediary Guidelines/Rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as applicable, and other applicable criminal/civil laws. Legal obligations can change; this page will be updated when requirements change.
Safety first
If you see something unsafe, use the Report option rather than engaging in abuse. False or malicious reporting can itself lead to restrictions.
